Children’s Dental Fees

We know that fees are a worry for many, and you’ll be happy to know we are part of the Child Dental Benefits Scheme. The CDBS provides individual benefits for a range of services including examinations, x-rays, cleaning, fissure sealing, fillings, root canals and extractions. Our system of billing means that we can often make sure accounts are directly covered by the scheme so you won’t be out of pocket.

If there are circumstances where treatment is chargeable, our Dentist we’ll go through all the options with you in detail.

We offer a comprehensive range of services and use the latest and most up-to-date dental technology including digital x-rays, dental lasers and virtually pain free dental treatment solutions.

Specialist Orthodontics

We also offer the service of a Specialist Orthodontist. Associate Professor Peter Vaughan has over 30 years’ experience in his speciality field, and is one of an extremely small group of orthodontists who have earned this title.  We use clear braces for all out patients as we feel better results are achieved. Clear aligners are also available and provide a clear comfortable way to treat for those who want a different approach.

If you or your family find visiting the dentist difficult, Live Life Smiling is here for you. We understand and empathise with patients who may find the experience daunting, so we take the time to discuss your concerns and needs. Following that, you will then be examined in our consulting room or in a dental chair. Your first visit will include a thorough dental examination and we may need take radiographs.  But rest assured that you are the one that guides how the appointment will go.

Importantly, we want to help you develop a positive relationship with dentistry to ensure good oral health in the long term.

In An Emergency

From severe tooth aches to sporting accidents, our emergency team are able to see you or your family. Understanding what is and isn’t a dental emergency can be tricky. To this end you will be triaged to help you understand. If you need to be seen immediately we are here for you and your family.  Otherwise, a regular appointment may be more appropriate.
